The host computer must be connected (via USB) to a Yamaha CK61 or Yamaha CK88 keyboard (TO HOST port on the CK).

You must allow "Control and reprogramming of MIDI devices" on this page (it's a little keyboard icon in Chrome's address bar).

Assuming you've met the requirements and have a CK keyboard connected, you should see a "Patch Builder" button below.
